privacy of workers' compensation claims as the organs could become a
public commodity. The ramifications of commercialization of the process has raised issues on whether the
privacy of organ beneficiaries can be maintained. Visions of yet another workers' compensation cottage industry emerging in human organ trade abound, adding yet another unregulated tier of potential dissemination of medical data.
