Illinois Senator
Kyle McCarter (R-Lebonon) has called for a
Federal probe into the alleged
actions of the arbitrator who allegedly delayed the hearing of a controversial case involving a State Trooper who was involved in a fatal motor vehicle accident while
texting and driving at 126 miles per hour.
As a result of his distracted driving two teenagers were killed in the accident.
The state trooper pleaded guilty to two counts of reckless homicide last year. He has since resigned from his job.
