Commercial Repayment Center Contractor Transition Webinar for Non-Group Health Plans on Thursday, January 18, 2018
Effective February 8, 2018, a new contractor will assume the responsibility of the Medicare Commercial Repayment Center (CRC) functions.
This includes the recovery of conditional payments where CMS is pursuing recovery directly from a liability insurer (including a self-insured entity), no-fault insurer or workers’ compensation (WC) entity as the identified debtor.
CMS will be hosting a webinar to introduce the new CRC Contractor. For this webinar, the format will be opening remarks and a presentation by CMS, followed by a question and answer session with the audience.
