Employers Fined $1.3 Million for MIsclassification of Workers Including Failure to Have Adequate Workers' Compensation Insurance
The State of New Jersey is strictly enforcing laws that mandate a worker's employment status be properly reported and that employers provide adequate workers' compensation insurance coverage.
