Sued Over Pay, Condé Nast Ends Internship Program

The programs enforcing the misclassification of workers  is beginning to take a new direction. Civil litigation for enforcement has promise. Victory means that workers will be paid more and adequate benefits calculation from wages, such workers' compensation benefits, will be more adequately representativ.
